Hire the Robots writes your listings, runs your socials and chases every lead, then waits for your OK. You go back to selling.
Done for you, not another app. A$500 a month. Nothing goes out without your OK.
Built and run by Lukas Dulka, a Kogarah local. 25 years a software engineer. Not an app, not a call centre: I set it up and look after it.

What comes off your plate
01
One listing becomes a week of posts: just listed, the reel, the open home, the midweek reminder, the thank-you. Your feed stops going quiet when you get busy.
0 posts scheduled · approved by you on Sunday night, once
02
Jarvis writes from your facts only. If something's missing, it doesn't guess. It leaves an amber chip for you to fill.
03
Enquiries get an answer in under a minute, inspections get booked, and every buyer hears from you on day 1, 3 and 7. Jarvis only uses answers you've already approved. Anything new waits for you.

Just-sold letters, open-home invitations, the monthly Kogarah wrap. Drafted for your OK, printed, delivered.
05
Just-sold letters to the whole street. A monthly Kogarah wrap. A review request the day the keys change hands. And when a neighbour asks what their place is worth, you hear about it that night, not on Sunday.

Move the sliders to match your month. The defaults are on the low side on purpose.
17 hours back a month
That's 25 Saturdays a year.
3.9 hours a week · about A$30 per hour you get back
Hours back = listings × admin hours per listing × 70%. Jarvis drafts, you still read and approve, so we only count 70% of the time as saved. A Saturday is 8 hours. “Admin per listing” means copy, posts, letters, vendor reports, buyer follow-ups and the emails around them, across the whole campaign.
5.58 am. The admin's done. Nothing went out without you.

Three weeks later
The just-sold post, the letter to the street and the vendor's review request are already drafted, waiting on the result.
The offer
For context: a sales assistant in Sydney costs about A$55,000 to A$80,000 a year plus super. SEEK, Jora and Indeed listings, October 2026.
Who's behind this
I've been a software engineer for 25 years, and by day I build AI systems for a large Australian company. Hire the Robots is the same work, done for the agents in my own suburb. I set it up, I look after it, and you can call me.
Jarvis is my AI assistant. It drafted everything on this page, and it still waited for my OK before any of it went live.
